Hello, I’m Catherine

I’m a pluralistic counsellor offering online and face to face counselling in a supportive and empathic environment, where you can explore the challenges you’re facing and how you can influence and change the course of your life.

Are you feeling stressed, depressed, anxious, stuck, struggling with grief or angry and frustrated in any of your relationships? Or maybe you don’t know what’s wrong: you just know you’re unhappy?

Then maybe counselling could help you? In today’s fast-paced world, full of constant pressure and demands, we rarely pause to reflect on our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Or stop to consider our strengths and what truly matters to us. Having a space to be heard without being judged for who you are or how you feel can be incredibly healing.

As a pluralistic counsellor I’m trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches: person-centred, CBT and psychodynamic. Just as you and your story are unique, we’ll have the freedom to use the approach that best suits you.

If you’ve been searching for a supportive, compassionate and confidential space to explore any of these questions, I’d love to see if we’re the right fit to work together. But most importantly it’s the therapeutic relationship we create that will be central to your therapy journey.

“Together, we can explore your story with care, curiosity and gentle challenge, which will allow you to establish your future hopes and frame your therapy goals.”

I’m a fully qualified pluralistic counsellor and an Accredited Registrant with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society
